XAMI Terms & Conditions
The online payment gateway is introduced just to ease the payment option. While transaction through the online payment gateway, Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI) will neither charge any extra amount nor will XAMI get any additional benefit from this. XAMI will only charge the requisite fee and service tax (ST) as applicable. Any kind of service, processing, transaction charges or any other charges charged by the bank for online transaction will be borne by the candidate/student.
Re-fund policy:- XAMI shall neither refund nor be liable to refund any fee/payment or any part thereof for any reasons whatsoever once the payment is made to XAMI. In case of excess or multiple payments due to connectivity issues or for any other reason/s there off, the excess amount paid, if any, will be refunded to the concerned account, the transaction charges will be borne by the payee, after due verification and confirmation from the bank, which may take a couple of day's time provided the request is received from the applicant with his/her transaction detail, within two working days of transaction. XAMI will not send the hard copy of money receipt to any student, candidate or to anyone who had made the payment through the bank's payment gateway option. However, any student of XAMI (the authorized person) can download the money receipt/s using their login ID and PW, provided, the amount is credited to XAMI account and verified by the authorized person of XAMI. In case of any difficulty students can send a request by e-mail to concerned person of XAMI, for electronic copy of money receipt.
Privacy Policy:- This privacy policy is intended to protect an individual's privacy and seeks to explain the type of information XAMI collects during the online transaction. This policy may change from time to time, please keep on checking it frequently. Type of Information Collected:- Technical and routing information about the student/candidate is collected when s/he visits this site. The student name, XSAT ID or SID, e-mail id, cell no and programme details are captured by XAMI. Information captured during or for online transaction process is only for verification, authentication and reconciliation of transaction, and none of the information will either shared or will be used for any other purpose by XAMI. Details (Cr or Dr card, net-banking) entered during online transactions are not captured by XAMI.
